Atrial Echo (negative P after QRS) can be seen in AVNRT. Atypical AVNRT is a consequence of fast to slow pathway circuit and post-septal RA close to coronary OS is earliest to recieve retrograde activation. It is still short RP tachycardia.

LGL pattern with short PR: Think AVNRT (fast to slow) rather than AVRT.
